Thanks a lot ... I must admit I don't know what it is, but for me it looks more like a centre section of a flying wing design or UAV, like maybe the CH-7 or something different.

Maybe the wings are folded?
Modular approach makes sense if you want to transport or repair it, only if the pic had more pixels
That could be the case too, Unless a high quality pic comes out we are grasping at straws here
