It's funny hearing an American athlete at the Beijing Winter Olympics praise China on how they use every part of an animal they kill and not wasting. Americans eat chicken but if you eat chicken feet, that's something Americans use to ridicule as being foreign. That's why it's a joke when when they criticize the dietary habits of foreign countries when Western countries eat more meat per person and in total tonnage than the rest of the world combined. And think about how many animals they kill on top of that when they don't eat the majority of the animal. I was watching a YouTube channel where an American tells people how to kill pesty rodents. It includes Nutria which is a giant rat but he shows America how to cook and eat Nutria. And Americans look down at other countries that eat rats... I joke that if there were any of the apocalypses that are portrayed in movies and TV, Americans would quickly die out, not because of zombies or radiation. They would die from starvation first for how many things they wouldn't eat.

There used to not be a stigma against eating organ meat in the U.S. In the 19th century there were recipes for brain sandwiches, snapping turtle soup, and chitlin is consumed in some Southern U.S. communities even to this day.

Well as usual it's a status thing. When the US wasn't as wealthy, they weren't picky on what they ate. Because of that as Americans got wealthier being picky was a status of wealth where they didn't have to eat everything because that's what only poor people do hence why they ridicule other countries' eating habits because they're seen as backwards.

China's digital currency and the social credit system are two different things but that's how Republican's operate because that's how they get people to hate whatever because of guilt by association. If the US had created a digital currency before China, you would hear nothing about a social credit system. It's just like how they believe if you don't worship the Christian God, you must be evil. Just because you don't worship their God, it doesn't mean you have evil in your heart. Ironically they do what evil does but because they're a Christian, they think they're not evil. And you know they want a social credit system for everyone else to punish people who don't do what they want because that's what discrimination is which they a have a full history of it. They just won't call it a social credit system and that makes all the difference to them.
