Very nice pic.
I wonder if that is aboard the Kuznetsov (probably) or the Indian Vikramaditya that is currently undergoing trials.
The George Bush had an unmanned visitor today at 13:40 hours!!!!!!!!! brat

If that is on the Vikramaditya during current trials, I would LOVE to see a vdieo of the aircraft launching with that load!Folks on Indian forums claim it is INS Vikramaditya , pictures from the recent trials . It is around 10 degrees centigrade in Murmansk and judging by the clothing this could be it .

That would be mounmental, and would move the Indian program along very quickly. The Indians already have already taken delivery of numerous Mig-29K naval aircraft that they have been training on. If they could move to THAT type carrier training fairly quickly, it would establish the Virkamaditya as all the more capable.
Well, to be clear, they had nine that they intended to build and complet all together.Correct, the Soviets had in thier arsenal a total of 9 flat tops
2 Moskva Class LHD
4 Kiev Class carriers that could carry 16 aircraft each
2 Admiral Kuznetsov Class could carry 24 aircraft each
And the unfinished Ulyanovsk which could carry 48 aircraft
Total aircraft capacity would be 160
Folks, as regards modern Aircraft Carriers, people can say what they will, but the nation that has built the most currently operational fixed-wing, full-sized aircraft carriers next to the United States, is Russia.
