This concept is very interesting. I wonder how command and control work with those, I imagine they can receive and transmit in shallow water and rely on pre-programmed logics on deep submersion, wonder just how well it works in different scenarios like antishipping, asw patrol and so on.

One thing I can think of is they can probably stay a long time on standby without crew running on minimal power and they're literally blackhole in the sea as far as noise is concerned, this may provide some interesting use case.

One of the pics shows a torpedo bay, it is unclear how it is supposed to reload torps. IMO it is unnecessary complication with reload mechanism, such a concept doesn't require a lot of sustained combat capabilities, it is better off with a few loaded torp tubes (say 4 loaded tubes), much more reliable especially considering it being unmanned most of the time

If you look carefully at the illustration and description, there are at least 2 fixed torpedo tubes. There may be 3 or 4 fixed torpedo tubes but from the illustration it is hard to say. Most likely 4 tubes since 4 large UUVs can be accommodated.

The section that shows yellow color torpedo/mine is modular as per Mission Payload description. It can house scuba divers, mines or small UUVs. There must be some kind of mechanism to discharge divers, mines or small UUVs but these are not shown in the picture.

Loading of large torpedos should be through the launch tube. The modular box or launch mechanism for mines and small UUVs can be pre-packed and loaded into the bay while at the dock.

Interesting shape for an antenna (if it is that) on a Guided missile that supposedly only has Inertial Guidance or GNSS

If it is an antenna, looks to me like it can rotate, probably around the missile's central axis, to track a signal source
