So Chinese athletes Yan Wengang and Yin Zheng placed 3rd and 5th in the Skeleton; Yan took the second highest run score in the entire meet after the German champion. But remarkably, it was noted that while the Germans and other foreign athletes had trained at the Skeleton since their childhood, our 2 Chinese athletes were actually repurposed track athletes with only 1 year in training at the Skeleton! They said they whooped the Germans at the running start but didn't have the skill to stay ahead going down the track.

Also, who the hell invented a sport where one guy lies on top of another guy's lap and they go down a slope on a bobsled? Cus that's what doubles luge is...

Even though he was a good child actor, quitting acting turned out to be one of the best things for him and China.

I'm sorry if this has been posted but Eileen response towards the reporter shown an enormous gap of maturity and intelligence which makes me wonder if there's any hope left for America when it comes to wisdom for decades to come.
She answers reporters questions better than both US presidents Donald Trump and Joe Biden. She knows how to lightly address a stupid question and move on to more important matters, her sport.

To be fair running down the same track hundreds of times while others only get to do it three times gives you immense advantage. You know every nook and cranny.

That's how Korea actually won gold in skeleton four years ago - they knew the track like the back of their buttocks.

This year Korea went outside of top 10, because it wasn't their home track.

Still, good development from the Chinese sledding program. Call out to the girl sledders too - good eye candy.
