If all you want is a larger deck -- you can go with a trimaran configuration, with large superstructure on the front part of the ship, like US LCS-2. Instead of having a large well deck, hang LCAVs underneath the trimaran wing. This way, you will have a larger deck plus large LCAV operating capability.

Trimaran have good deck space and probably more stable platform but that's it, in terms of internal space (for LCAC, helicopters, vehicle, stores and men) it ain't as efficient. Besides, the internal space is to shelter all those things from the elements...unless you've absolutely no idea how rough open sea can get.

Ordinarily that's true, but in this case, we are using the space between the wing and hull as well deck, so not much is wasted.

Pretty, but the person who made it is only good at CGI and don't know much about ship design.

There just no way you can have a large enough hanger for all those helos and also a well deck on a ship that sized. Just look at where the helo elevator goes down to, its pretty much into the well deck already! Throw in things like a vehicle deck, accommodation for the troops and crews, storage for fuel, provisions and weapons/munitions, engines and you quickly realize there is not anywhere near enough internal space to make a ship like that.

The LCAC is also on the wrong scale as it won't be able to carry two MBTs side by side like that never mind the weight, and many small mistakes and errors like that.

The devil is in the details!

Another problem -- deck edge lift that cut into side of the ship will drastically reduce the hull strength. Either move the lift into the ship hull (cheaper) or move out of it (expensive).

Those who know their stuff would be professionals, who obviously have not the luxury to do something like that "for fun", nor dare to risk getting "invited for tea"...

At the Defense & Security Exhibition 2012 in Bangkok (Thailand), China Shipbuilding Corporation (CSC) has displayed the model of a helicopter carrier … some sources allege construction of a Type 081 LHD already started.

heard about the Type 081 LHD many years ago, yet no pics have confirmed its construction, if there was one we would have seen it

unless that is if its in very early stages of construction which is not impossible
