Condolences to Hubei. I think Hubei deserves at least a 076.

The 4th 075 LHD is in the process of handing over to the navy, and is currently moored with the #31 Hainan. It won't be long before she gets her pennant number and commissioned into the PLAN as part of the South Sea Fleet.

There has been a joint procurement tender announcement by Hudong-Zhonghua and Huangpu-Wenchong Shipyards in September 2024, which was said to be related to new 075 LHD units, but the tender was cancelled not even two months after.
Tl; dr - We don't know.
