If type 076 has similar capacity in carrying the number of IFV, tanks, LCAC and the number of marines as in type 075, plus extra capability in EMALS catapult and larger internal volume, there is less reason to build more type 075.
Budget constraint would be a good reason to build more type 075, but if PLAN has no such constraints they will tend to add more type 076 than type 075.
