Exactly........that image doesn't look anything like an 075, but does look exactly like an 071, and yes the one being built for the Thai Navy!
Just got a reply from Sean O'Connor from Jane's:
"Its 32m wide. Bigger than an 071, and matches what we saw when lower decks of the 075s were being built. ... Internals match as well. ... Longer than an 071 already as well."
As such, he's pretty sure it is the third 075.
I think there is another tell-tale sign from that aerial picture.
If we look at the aft of the ship, specifically the height of the sides of the hull -- we can see that the height of the sides of the aft hull is higher than we would expect for an 071.
Even without careful measuring of the ship's beam based off satellite imagery, the height of the sides of the hull should credibly indicate that it's something different to an 071.

Well it looks like i got that wrong
.......at least if true this is good news to see a 3rd 075 being built. I think some of us had wondered what had happened to the 3rd 075, as it was initially reported that there would at least be 3 vessels built, its just that it seems that its build had gone un-noticed until now!
