Hard to believe its 075 and not 071, but i'll take you word for it.
The blocks right underneath seem more in size/shape to be blocks for 075 bdw, which causes the confusion.

So sharp, you can see what time it is when the picture is taken from the clocks off the ship.

You can still see the burn marks and soot from the fire at the side of the ship from the windows at the bottom and they correspond to that empty space at the lowest deck. That matches well with the theory that the burn is caused by extraneous material that was deposited there.

Typhoon Hagupit has passed Shanghai, China MSA Shanghai Branch has issued a new notice on Navigation Warning for ship H23, aka type 75 lead ship.

The ship will leave HDZH shipyard at 13.30hr Beijing time today, i.e. less than 1 1/2 hour from now.
