what radar is that on the mast? i dont like these ones, the back shiney rectangle ones looks much better like on the Type 054A!!

So the RAM shall not have any auto reload mechanism from the photo..

And the 30mm cannon shall be able to switch to manual mode ,evident from the seat we seen beside the cannon.

This is a simple 30mm single barrel gun (like the Bushmaster) controlled via the electroptical ball, or manually operated at the gun mount. The H/PJ12 is a integrated CIWS with tracking radar, FCR, optical sensor in one automated package, the gun is also a much more powerful 7 barrel gatling gun.

The main radar is believed to be a Type 364 search radar (the same radar is hidden in the ball fairing on 054A and 052C's aft mast, it's used for search radar for CIWS on those ships).
