At this point, ASBM (and more generally hypersonic AShm) are definitely mainstream within PLA. That's what shilao and his gang said. According to @Patchwork_Chimera, DF-26, DF-17 and even PCL-191 all have anti-ship versions. That's the future of their SRBM, MRBM, IRBM. And it will be increasingly adopted onto 055, which is more like the Chinese Kirov class.
Mainstream of shipborne and airborne AS weapons is still cruise missiles of various kinds - they're simply everywhere, in numbers. Only for mainland launches % of ballistic missile units is substantial...yet not dominant.

I mean, people may say different things, but sometimes we may just believe our eyes.

It doesn't need to achieve 20 to 30% to be considered mainstream. It just needs to be an important part of their doctrine to be considered mainstream. Clearly at this point, hypersonic anti-ship missiles is just another type of AShM at PLAN's disposal. They are going to use it widely on any conflict within 4000 km of their border.

Yeah but the direction PLA branches are taking is good. They are making sure they have multitude of offensive options against naval targets.
Cruise missiles are easier to intercept as we've seen from the current war. In a naval war, a navy backed by AWACS platform supporting CEC equipped vessels will also have an easier time detecting and intercepting sea skimming cruise missiles.

You can't just post that and not shot us what the robot version looks like
It's in the video. It has 2 transformed modes. The first is a robot itself, and the second form is a giant right arm. Which begs the question if they are gonna release other ships that transforms the rest of the limbs and body (003 for the chest and head?).

I think you're missing a very critical point.
While the number of cruise missiles vs ballistic missiles is important, we also have to factor in the cost of the missiles.
Suppose a military force has (let's make up a number) 10 cruise missiles for every 1 ballistic missile.
However what if a ballistic missile is on average 10 times as expensive compared to a cruise missile? Therefore the budget for ballistic missiles would be equal to that for cruise missiles.

Because the budget for both is equal, an argument can be made this military force considers ballistic missiles and cruise missiles to be equally important even though technically there is 10 times as many cruise missiles.
