That looks like one of the Dalian Type 055s.

Sea trials already? Seems kind of soon, at least comparing with the first ship, which took well over a year to fit out.

Why?? Only since he once again acts as the "lways-late-special-SINA-only news reporter" , who mixes a story from different ships taken at different time?

Honestly, I find it most annoying especially after so many reminders that he still uses most of the time images only from SINA, always with that nasty SINA-stamp and regardless that most of the images have been posted a few days, weeks or even months ago. The pinnacle however it faking a tsory out of unconnceted images in typical SINA-style.

Grow up Deino! You are always hypocrtical of SINA what grudges [apart from ownership of stamp marks] do you have? Cough up and be unbiased! Time you should respect SINA. May be you are jeolous as you may not be able to read Chinese. You often quoted many old stuff real old I mean [been posted by others]. At least mine are up-to-date. I just pointed out to interested members how these deadly ships taking form. The PLAN should be proud of them ....growing from yellow muddy waters, to green coastal waters and to the dark- blue waters...

You used to delete my posts when you didn't like them, at least now you are slightly more torerant [ good for your soul]. I think you can do better....in time??

The 055 is obviously a formidable warship and is also quite attractive in general terms, but I actually prefer the slimmer proportions of the 052D, which to my mind is probably the most attractive large combatant on the seas today. An 052E with 055's level of refinement (shielded exhaust, no Yagi antenna, etc.) would be just about perfect.

The bow of 055 is the best in business look wise imo.

I think all of the current generation of the PLAN surface combatants look so sleek and well proportioned, even the 071 and 901 support ship, types that aren’t renewed for their aesthetics look so well.

I’d have to agree that the 052D is the most attractive, because of the way it all integrates together.
