We are talking about hitting bullet with a bullet here, literally. Railgun's projectile is unguided too, with low firing rate compare to 1130. Hard to see how useful it can be at anti-air
Usn regularly trains with anti air rounds for their 127mm deck gun. One of its roles is anti air, aiding with interception of missiles. So a rail roundn with double the speed of the regular round could very well be useful for anti missile role.

Railgun projectiles will be guided in a few years time.

They're already using the electronics for precision guided artillery rounds for the Mk 45 127mm gun.

So yes, you've got a relatively low rate of fire of 10rpm, but 100-200km range and the railgun projectiles will probably cost about $30000, which is dirt cheap.

The 5" Mk 45 Mod 4 fires shells with muzzle velocity of 830-1050 m/s out of a 7.8m barrel. Not that hard to find electronics that can sustain that kind of acceleration.

A modern prototype railgun fires slugs at 2,500 m/s out of a 10m barrel, three times the velocity of the Mk 45 Mod 4 with over double the acceleration.

Utterly incomparable.

Good luck making a guided shell that can survive zero-to-Mach 7 in a 10m barrel. There's a reason why they have to use inert metal slugs.

Chemical propellant don't impart uniform acceleration for the entire length of the barrel while EM guns do. This means peak acceleration in both guns might be comparable.

Using railgun as a mean of anti missile defense is utterly impossible unless major technological breakthrough occurs in guided munition. Remember, current unpowered guided artillery shells such as the M982 Excalibur has a CEP of 5 to 20 meters for close fire support use, and that is against a stationary, non maneuvering target. On top of that, sensitive electronic guidance components that can survived the massive acceleration force and the extreme electromagnetic environment simply does not exist at this time.
