The 2nd Destroyer Type 055 was launched on Saturday April 28th at the shipyard Jiangnan Changxing, if we believe in several local sources. At least six copies of the class are currently under construction in two Chinese shipyards.

A non-blurry view of the integrated mast under construction. Use the gentlemen in the left corner to get a sense of the mast's size.

I kind of feel puzzled about the proportional comparison against the 052D at background. Looks to me this photo implies the bridge of 052D is much bigger than 055 mast. Or it's just my eyes blurred?

Of course the ENTIRE bridge of 052D is bigger than the mast of 055...

If you meant that 052D's 'mast' in the background appears larger than that of the 055 in the foreground, this is almost certainly due to perspective distortion from a telephoto lens.

good photo but I believe whoever edited it had made the beam of both ships a bit bigger than they are (though that is difficult to do accurately considering the angle of the photo)
But more importantly i think the length of the 052D is exaggerated a little bit because there is extra "length" at the stern of the 052D making it seem a bit longer than it actually is.

I've edited it a little to I think better account for what the length is
