There was a thread from Paksitan defence forum saying the same thing. I doubt Russia will purchase swap yasen for a destroyer since Project Lider's design phase has already begun.

Even if such a deal was mooted, a single example of each would not satisfy anyone.
The Russians would want a fleet of 055s and the Chinese would prefer to get a few core technologies and improve their own subs over buying Russian (although would probably settle for ordering a decent number of subs as part of the price of acquiring said technologies).
Even at face value, that rumour doesn't make sense. If they said trading say, 8 subs for 4-6 cruisers, it might have been a little more believable.

Clearly the rumour is nonsense, but I think your suggested ratios are off. True that 055 is a larger vessel than Yasen, but submarines -- particularly nuclear-powered submarines -- are more expensive than equivalently-sized surface combatants. 1:1 ratio is the least I would expect.
Probably the best comparison point available is Virginia vs. Arleigh Burke and a glance at Wikipedia suggests that the former is indeed more expensive.
Rumors like this do not news make. And it will lead to pretty senseless discussion IMHO.
I do not believe such a "swap" is a) in the works, or b) even being remotely considered by either side.
Move on back to Type 055 News.

A good quality CGI of 055... but the accuracy has a bit to be desired, such as no aft radar, bow VLS seems to only be 32, it features a dedicated gun fire control radar (I think there is a chance 055 may have the function integrated via the x band AESA).... not to mention the overall ship seems a little bit small when we compare it to the proportions of the mock up, whose 1130 and PJ-38 mock up are far smaller relative to the mock up's superstructure compared to this CGI's proportions. The main windows/portholes of the bridge are also 052D pattern rather than following the 055 mock ups' design.
At this stage it is hard to tell if these cgi makers are mostly operating off the mock up, their own whim or both...

The diagonal facet under the bridge is clearly intended for a large phased array antenna. Yet there seems to be no indication of any cut out to accommodate such an antenna. This suggest to me this mock up is not necessarily intended to mount the ship's sensors.The latest of the test apparatus... The installation of sensors still isn't finished.
