One of the 054B FFGs has obtained her pennant number #545. Commissioning into PLAN service can be expected very soon.

Dunno if it's just me but the painted pennant number looks really weird and off. Not the first time an edited 054B video has hit the internet. I'll take this with a grain of salt...
