@horobeyo on Twitter claimed that the 1st 054B FFG from HP has already been launched yesterday.
The 054B FFG is likely to be named Qinzhou (钦州). Posted by the same guy on Twitter.

So 2x 054B have been launched, 1 each from Hudong and Huangpu shipyards .... Interesting how fast and how many 054Bs will be produced by 2025

More likely to be combined diesel and electric, I think. IEP is still a few years away.
Is there a bow sonar? Cant seem to see one in the imageOne more...
That is almost assuredly a bow sonar yes, consistent in position with the bow sonar types on a number of other different PLAN surface combatants.
