Ongoing I believe. The image was a from a series of photos taken around Hudong that included up-to-date ones for the 075 LHDs.

Based on the historical record, the PLAN keeps ships as long as over 40 years, and unless they are given away, it would be safe to assume they will perform an MLU to these ships. Its better a question of how they would do it, not if.
