Well, not exactly new. I believe most, if not all can be found on this thread. But thanks for putting them altogether like that. They are great pics.

By the way, here's an article that confirms the 4th 052C 151 is going to enter service.
Its title is "In pictures: Our country's fourth "Chinese Aegis" ship is entering service in the East Sea Fleet, with pennant number 151"

If D4 had been launched, wouldn’t we know? It is only four months since the launch of D3. Without making a thorough study, I would think that the one in picture 1 might be D1 back from Dinghai.
Whatever that may, picture 2 shows that Type 082B WOZANG class minehunter Hull 3 has been launched. Jiangnan is probably concentrating on this class, while construction of Type 081 WOCHI class has moved to Wuhan (starting with Hull 9 845).

So by association, does that mean the same 052D in post 3471 is also D1?
That means it must have returned quite quickly from dinghai, given we had photos of it there up to early october.
Still, if all 3 052D are there at present, then the bow protruding out is probably D4, and could that be D5's aft sitting outside?

Be interesting to make sure...but I do not believe D-4 has been launched yet.
I believe that is almost surely D4.Then, What is this, D5 or 001 of 055, plus another D?

No, the one in post 3471 was D2.
The pictures of D1 at Dinghai were from 5 October. As can be seen in post 3512, it was still missing some serials (Mineral-ME, 517), so there would absolutely nothing strange about the ship returning after its-outfitting initial trials. It is not a long journey from Dinghai to Shanghai.

Looks like D4 is in the building hall from where D3 was launched over 4 months ago and that’s modules for D5 sitting outside so no change from the last set of pictures from DDG perspective
I expect D4 to be launched next year or if they work really fast at the very end of this year but that might be pushing things
But really D4 should have been launched from this hall way this year and D3 should have been launched from where D1 was launched if both hall ways were in use, that would mean we would have D3 and D4 launched in 2013 and D5 and D6 in the hall ways by end of this year, but as it stands they have D5 in modules outside so we are 1 DDG slower this year or a 6 month delay in terms of time
The mystery of the empty hall way is continuing almost a year has passed and it has just sat empty, doesn’t look like there is any re-tooling inside as we can’t see any scaffolds or work going on inside
It might be reserved for the large coast guard vessels, Type 055 CG or something else, or it could be they have just decided to slow DDG production by shutting it down as they probably were going too fast either way it’s a warship hall way that is not in use, I hope we see a surprise from there soon!
