Been saying that a while myself. Still not too late, they did post work on the 056 smokestack.
For the bridge, it seems they could have squeezed in one more pane of glass on each side of the four. This one last one would actually be angled towards the back port and back starboard. Think that could increase visual ability to the rear for a small price.

Even on the 052C there was no seperate target illuminator for the HHQ-9 SAM. Most sources indicate that the HQ-9 is TVM, implying that the Type 346 AESA can handle the target illumination as well.
The missile equipped on the 052D would most probably be TVM or even active guided as well.

Probably for a ship of this size a lot more will have to be made stealthy in addition to the smokestack to make a difference in overall stealthiness.
Also, just a guess, since this is an air defense ship maybe it is impractical to make it stealthy when its mission profile forces it to not be stealthy.

Some sources do indicate it's TVM, although most sources also seem to mush the naval and land based version together (the latter is probably TVM, the former is less clear).
However we do no type 346 is an S band radar, and it is completely unsuited for terminal illumination. I don't think any SARH missile system uses S band illuminators, they are mostly X band. So simply from that, there is a very good chance HHQ-9 is ARH.
