Scratched and replaced refueling probe covers. They could be a sign of aerial refueling being stepped up significantly. I don't ever recall seeing scratched probe covers until recently.

Health units are usually civilian. The doctors and nurses do have uniforms but without ranks.

these are civilian staff of PLA, they don't have a military rank, but they are on duty as well. their promotion route is similar to civil servants
