No this is them laying down the groundwork when Ukraine loses to say “Well we didn’t know how bad the Ukrainian military was doing. So it not our fault they loss. We send them aid but they refused to tell us how in bad shape their military is.”
28 nm is for top tier automotive chips like entertainment system and internal microprocessor. A huge portion of industrial and automotive chips are on 180 nm to 90 nm processes which are extremely cheap.
Seems like russians captured a T-72M1
I wonder if the captured equipment was because they ran away or it was out of fuel.

4 hours engine time... no fuel and stopped ??? It's giving weapons more or less. Would be better to give leopard at this rate, they are not compatible with Russian arsenal..
When you say someone is "feeding" in DOTA, it also means that when you die, you give up gold to the enemy team and lose your own gold. This is IRL feeding.
