The Russian "Bars-Sarmat" unit released footage showing the use of interceptor drones to engage Ukrainian UAVs. The interceptor drone was launched from an An-2 aircraft; such drones can also be launched from Yak-52 aircraft. The An-2 can additionally serve as a command post for operators of FPV drones targeting ground and aerial objectives.

Footage showing a Ukrainian army mobile air defense crew in action. The video captures an attempt to engage a Russian "Geran" drone using a 12.7mm M2 Browning machine gun. The machine gun has an effective firing range of approximately 2,000 meters. The location where the video was filmed is not disclosed.

National Police of Ukraine publishes photo of damage on civilian logistics center in Sumy region. Turns out they didn't check their own photo closely as the boxes were marked for a Ukrainian MIC company. The photo was removed since but the Internet remembers.

Fire in Kharkhiv claimed from Banderol strikes. We have been seeing increasing number of Banderol strikes including Odessa.


If you're not familiar with the S8000 Banderol, this is going to be potentially big trouble for those in the receiving end. The missile is stealthy, yet highly maneuverable with a turning circle tighter than most cruise missiles, flies low, yet costs only $16,000. The missile's agility means great potential for evasive maneuvers. Made with low cost materials, the engine is a Chinese hobby jet engine that's ordered online, probably why the Ukrainians are targeting online distribution centers which are loaded with Made in China stock. However, knowing the Russians they should be already working on their own cheap disposable jet engine. Indeed the sheer irony of a Russian missile with a Chinese jet engine would have been inconceivable and insane just 20 years when it was the Chinese scrambling to copy jet engines.


The missile has a range of 500km and a warhead of 150kg, giving it much more punch than a Geran's 90kh. The missile is launched from an Orion drone, but work is already on it's way to launch from attack helicopters like the Mi-28. I see potential from other platforms too, like the Su-25.

Caught by a Ukrainian onlooker and recorded on his/her smartphone, a Geran-4 strikes down on an electric locomotive near the Solenoye station in the Zaporizhye region.


I hear reports that Syrskyi will be dismissed today but we will see.


Geran-4 strikes a truck parking lot in the Chernihiv region. Or as they call it, issued a traffic violation.

Russian FPV drones, known as "Prince Vandal of Novgorod," have begun attacking key nodes in Ukraine's gas transmission system. In the video, the FPV drones are attacking equipment at the Sumska compressor station, part of the Sumy Linear Production Department of Main Gas Pipelines. The station previously handled the bulk of Russian gas transit to Europe via Ukraine.

Drone operators from the 13th Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion of the Vostok Group of Forces shared rare footage of combat operations in Ukraine. In the video, Russian FPV drones strike Ukrainian drones in ambush mode. To conserve battery power, the Ukrainian drones are grounded in standby mode.
