Evergrande developing an EV is a joke. That the Chinese Gov allow this heavily indebted and incompetent company to expand into the EV sector is indefensible.

Selling car subsystems like Bosch. Good news is usually cars' OS and multimedia system sucks big time compared to smartphone. So big opportunity for Huawei here.

Is that true? Show the evidence. This is using ASML instead of SMEE so the importance is far less. Is the 28nm chip of useable/competitive quality? Post the whole story because as I am led to believe, SMIC capacity is overfilled and on all of the newer nodes, it is in low quantity trial production. If a certain node isn't selling, it's got some serious problems.
Show me your evidence. If TSMC put SMIC out of business, then why is it still in business? Are you exaggerating a small ruling?

So which government "did its job" and has 100% indigenous fully operational line? All countries rely on ASML; China is the only one making an effort and a very credible effort, to create a competitor, and you say that the CCP didn't do its job because this competitor didn't rise long ago?
