I noticed that unlike in developing countries. Is it required by law in the US?

In the US there are 50 states and each state has various and different traffic laws. Most are the same or similar. In other words in answer to your question..I don't know. I think it's a case of the company protecting it's product. plus weather considerations.

A fire in a shopping mall in downtown Luzhou City of Southwest China's Sichuan province Thursday night left 5 killed and 35 people injured, including five seriously, according to fire fighters.

A total of 28 fire engines had been mobilized to put out the fire which was reported at 10:46 pm Thursday. The fire was controlled as of 2:40 Friday. (Xinhua/Liu Xueyi)

Alright TerranEmpire what kind of weapon is this? I've looked it up can't find anything like it. I know its got to be a 9mm round that he's using.

its been modified that's for sure. The Eotech sight, Flashlight and fore grip were added post production. it's likely Chinese.
