That's true bd popeye ... but Christianity also teaches good morale and real love (very similar to Buddhism), so in some ways it would "fix" some of it ....

Similar case of beer truck accident in Vietnam but this time no one loot the beer. Instead, they help the driver to collect the beer and clean the site. (Because the present of police?)

I have a question. I no tied that in Asia most of the trucks just have a tarp over their loads and are not enclosed like trucks in the US..

Maybe because it's a local brewery and they didn't like the taste of that beer.:p

I noticed that unlike in developing countries. Is it required by law in the US?

Of course, I don't know him but, from his uniform, he looks like a traffic policeman.

A motor traffic police usually wear like this (the abbr. CSGT stands for cảnh sát giao thông / traffic police):
