If I recall it was a Brazilian supreme Court Justice who threatened to block Elon and X in the country."Suspected bomber dead after trying to enter Brazil's top court ahead of G20"
Despite her landslide victory and her party’s super-majority in both legislative houses, allowing for constitutional changes, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum’s recent assumption of power has been all but smooth. As we just over a month ago, on the third day of her presidency, Mexico’s Supreme Court plunged the country into a constitutional crisis by seeking to derail, or at least delay for as long as possible, the now-former AMLO government’s judicial reform package, which had already passed both houses:
For the first time ever, Mexico’s Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) has decided to . The reform in question involves a root-and-branch restructuring of the judicial system* and it has already passed both legislative houses with the necessary two-thirds majorities. It is bitterly opposed by members of Mexico’s opposition parties, the judiciary, big business lobbies, and the US and Canadian governments.
[On October 3] the SCJN admitted an appeal against the government’s judicial reform program by a majority of eight votes to three. With this ruling, the Supreme Court hands over the dispute consideration to one of the judges that voted in favour of the resolution. The court could also issue a stay, essentially suspending the constitutional reform. The Mexican financial daily El Financiero the ruling as “the last bullet” (interesting choice of words) against the now-former Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s reforms.
US nonprofits and mega corps constantly challenging Mexican sovereignity and legitimacy. Latin America is playing on hard mode for sure.the Washington-based Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) has agreed to hold a session on November 12 to hear the complaints of the Mexico’s National Association of Circuit Magistrates and District Judges (JUFED) regarding the judicial reform.
Are you saying the USA as it currently is, is any better given how much damage they have sustained under that dementia patient of a president, now about to be replace by a snake oil con man who quite frankly, is looking to repeat that same old mistakes as his predecessor given all those neo cons he has lined up who are just as evil and petty as they always have been. None of them right now has any way of balancing the budget and all of them have war on their minds, quite a retarded combination. China simply couldn’t be any luckier.China should count its lucky stars its got an Enemy as retarded as India

I disagree - EU is a $20T market, Japan $4T, each of UK/Canada/Australia are $2-3T markets. Yes, a lot of GDP is inflated but let's not forget that China does $2 trillion worth of trade with these countries (enjoying a huge surplus) with 10s of millions of jobs depending on exporting goods to these countries and powering its industrial base which makes China the undisputable industrial power. A lot is at stake in these relationship and it's no wonder that Chinese leadership is very cautious and responsible in managing these relationships.Too bad for the US most of its allies already prematurely blew themselves up trying and failing to spite the Russians over Ukraine, with a lot of help from their ‘allies’ from across the pond to boot.
The EU is exhausted economically from sanctioning Russia and cutting themselves off from cheap Russian oil and gas and other natural resources.
If the Eurotrash elite idiots still want to do more Bonzi charges for Trump, China can literally take the fight to their doorstep by dialling up its support for Russia in Ukraine.
Without Russian raw materials and energy, Europe is an energy island. Think a Japan on steroids. Their economy has just fallen into stagflation for probably two decades. To a large degree much of this is being hidden like in Germany by just wasting existing wealth purchasing inflated energy, but eventually the bill will come up. Their blind complicity in the Gaza genocide has also won them no friends in the Middle East, if they continue they might kiss away that energy supply as well.I disagree - EU is a $20T market, Japan $4T, each of UK/Canada/Australia are $2-3T markets. I don't disagree... but that doesn't take away from the fact that China-EU trade stands at $800 billion annually. Can China ignore such an important trade partner?Without Russian raw materials and energy, Europe is an energy island. Think a Japan on steroids. Yea, the Chinese will gladly take a lose-lose situation if they have to. Chinese people will forgo fancy G-wagons, LV bags, wine and cheese just to see barbarians run their countries to the ground. You seem to have missed the message, China is no longer focusing or relying on developed markets, China's goal is to help the underdeveloped countries get rich enough to purchase Chinese goods. Europe no longer provides irreplaceable goods to China, raw resources are more valueable now. F**k the Europoors.I don't disagree... but that doesn't take away from the fact that China-EU trade stands at $800 billion annually. Can China ignore such an important trade partner?
Also Middle East countries leaders care very little about Gaza - they'll happily supply Europe with energy if the $ are right. They just had their first GCC-EU summit to promote greater energy cooperation.
It's like the somewhat offensive saying: "Sh*t can only stain"That's Shanghai on the background this Jai Hind used to display his version of India. The funny thing is that if the Chinese and Indians switch places, the Indians would turn China's infrastructures and land value in such disrepair, while Chinese people will work their butts off and turn Indian slums into another China, only for the Indians to demand Chinese people to return the land back to them.
Indians are nothing but big talkers and empty vessels; they have the gift of gab nothing else and nothing more.
Trump will get the biggest of surprises when he comes out attacking China.
Just wait and watch. China hasn't really retaliated to the US war because it's a lose-lose situation. But when someone asks for a beating you can only oblige and respond in kind.
Imagine some random "disruptions" and "delays" from Apple's Chinese suppliers and their revenue actually falls by a 10% in a Quarter. Their whole stonk market would probably collapse and by then you would have some money suits going into the White House and "educating" Trump on how to behave
China could easily do this, and many other things that people haven't even thought about. The only reason it hasn't done such yet, is as I said, because it's a lose-lose proposition. But if Trump wants to play,
Let's play
