(3) threaten to withdraw
(4) Apply rental fees on all American arms stationed in S Korea
(5) Adjust payments for cost, inflation, exchange rate
(6) Endorse the opposition that support American best interests?

The SCO can do without India. India is spoiling the SCO just like it is doing with BRICS. India finds itself more in common with the G7 nations, and regards the rest as unworthy.
