Also the cap is around 450 000 USD per year and there's apparently quite a few who get adjusted. That's fuck you money even in hyperinflated EU and US. You can't even make that much legally in most socialised EU countries. So much for "low" salaries in China. What's dragging down Chinese gdp per capita is just a relative lack of billionaires, the 10, 5 and 1% continue to have world beating living standards, at the cost of a few 0.01% mega rich being less mega rich than their Western counterparts.

Imho people don't need a salary from the government higher than 450k... When they get capped, afaik they don't lose hourly income, but rather are forced to take more time off.

I dont think Billionaire has that big impact on GDP per capita. Even before current run up of Gold and World stock markets. the Gulf SWF already estimated at $4T and this does not include the personal wealth of billionaires and millionaires which is even more hidden than Swiss banking ever achieved. they have private schools where salaries are more than Software engineer in Europe.
so what should be there GDP per capita?. Putin will be chased out of Russia if people know the real wealth of those who learned from Arabs.

May suffering and destruction fall upon these DEI companies that willingly brought about this downfall to the gaming world as we know it. Trying to educate the world in pure madness and stupidity while think they honestly know what’s best should have a sentence that amounts to living in abject poverty for the rest of their sorry lives. I know it sounds ultra harsh but what they did to the likes of assassins creed (loved brotherhood btw) and Batman arkham series (seriously kill the justice league, wtf), truly they are worthless scum and need to honestly suffer for the bastardization of the gaming world for the sake of ideals that only really benefit Washington and those they enjoy their insane debauchery

its not an expat school, its a private school teaching foreign curriculum so the students from there can go to foreign universities. They do not meet the eligibility requirements to take gaokao.

it is easy to see why he would be upset tbh. His life, though physically in China, is spiritually in the west. His kids attend a western school that is barred from gaokao. He has, against their will, put them on a path towards only being able to go to school in foreign countries.

His salary is paid by white finance bros. His interests lie in exploiting the Chinese people and the infrastructure, environment and institutions that Chinese people have built. In fact he is even worse than the white finance bros. For them, exploiting China is just business. When they can't do it anymore, they talk some shit then leave. For him, getting a pay cut is like losing his parents, it is a personal affront. His parents aren't the ones paying him 500k RMB per year.
