A lot of people gloating thinking Israel therefore the US can magically make pagers explode. Yeah an all of them have an iPhone next to their head... That kind of ignorance can be exploited against them.

I mean China would never have to resort to such low measures since they aren't on the back foot and need to think about world opinion in a post war order rather than just surviving at any cost, but have those Americans considered that while America makes niche analog style old tech such as pagers or walkie talkies, China makes:
-phone batteries
-car batteries
-pressure valves
-gas storage containers
-household appliances
-civilian shipping
-brakes

And while US itself is more mindful of national security, those third world countries they're trying to incite against China like India or Philippines are not.

I'm 99% sure we will never see them explode because China has major escalation dominance just by going into wartime industrial production.

Come to think of it, India has a lot in common with Israel. Both are completely dependent on the US for their security and cannot face their neighbours on their own. Europe has also some of these traits, but the difference is that there are large European countries who don't view Russia in such negative terms as the US and we all know who blew up the NS2 pipeline. For India and Israel, they are often even more hawkish than the US and constantly whine for more intervention.
