I also got an invitation to attend the Robert Kennedy Vice President announcement back when he was still a candidate that happened closer to where I live. Not sure why since I have not donated money for any political candidate or cause whatsoever.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz arrived in Kazakhstan for an official visit, with the conflict in Ukraine being one of the topics discussed with Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, according to the Kazakh President's press service.
Tokayev commented on the war in Ukraine, stating that "Russia is invincible," and further conflict could have global repercussions.
"The fact is, from a military standpoint, Russia is invincible. Further escalation of the war will lead to irreversible consequences for all humanity and, primarily, for all countries directly involved in the Russia-Ukraine conflict," said Tokayev. In his view, a good chance for at least a ceasefire was lost with the rejection of the Istanbul Agreement. Tokayev also noted that cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia is developing within the framework of strategic partnership and alliance.
