I was looking at this last night, and that patent was filed years ago, so there was some sort of plan back then, and they got the 7nm and the rumoured 5nm is coming next. Then, it will be 3nm chips using this quadruple technique.

One step at a time I suppose.

Also, could be that the writing is on the wall, that the EUV is overpowered for 3nm, that might not be needed, DUV could handle it.

When that 5nm chip comes out, then the 3nm could be imminent.

Assuming that they filed this patent years ago, after they did their tests with such equipment.

Someone is certainly full of themselves. At no point did I advocate for military action; the most I suggested was official state sanctions on Israel.

You wanted China to stop them, which clearly leaned towards military intervention (which would be the only effective way), then when everyone laid into you on how stupid that is, you dropped down to sanctions, saying that we need to do anything except nothing cus you just can't take it anymore. So now I'll tell you why that's useless as well. Of all the sanctions and nasty messages thrown at Israel by the multitude of countries and the ICC, not a thing has blunted their atrocious behavior. That's because to them, the existence of the Palestinians is an existential threat to Israel. To cut off all trade with all countries would be worth it to them if they can wipe Palestine off the map and make Israel the sole country of the land. After that, they are fine taking years or decades to re-establish relations but now, genocide serves the ultimate national goal. Economic sanctions are useless. The only thing that would end their genocide on the Palestinians is for someone to use overwhelming force to put every Israeli asset into the defense of the country and to completely cripple the nation so that they have no ability to fight and no cards to negotiate. If China were to act to save Palestine, it would not wobble around, telegraph its intent, hesitate through a series of escalating measures; if it acts, it must be decisive with almost no chance of failure, which would entail going 0-100 in the blink of an eye and suddenly crippling Israel with missile strikes that leave it without a military within a few hours, possibly before they even know what's happening. For China to do that with an America at its current strength is to bring in WWIII. America needs to be in a wheelchair (comparatively) before you can safely start whacking its dogs.

And honestly, what I said is still not enough in the long term. Israel and Palestine cannot co-exist. As long as they are both there, the stronger one will try to wipe out the weaker one. The only lasting peace is for one to completely win and make the other disappear. Moralistically, the Palestinians own that land, but unfortunately, on the ground, it looks like they are the ones who are about to disappear. Maybe if they can hold on long enough for Chinese power to be supreme in the world, we can save them, but we don't have to; it's not our job; we don't owe them a thing, and we are not there yet where we can save them without severe risk to us.

I do think China should do what it can to make sure Palestinians survive with a reasonable investment. They served well distracting American from riskier confrontation with China. Jewish influence reign supreme in US. As long as Palestinians live, US will NEVER pull attention out of middle east. Every asset wasted in middle east is one less in the Pacific's.

This is totally wrong. Muslims today are more irreligious and secular than ever in history. Secular education is a core commandment of Islamic scripture, in additionto religious study. Studying Islam is at an all time low. They are entirely under the influence of the West. Foreign "NGO's" do the secular indoctrinating: developing s̶t̶u̶d̶e̶n̶t̶s̶ slaves to serve the West, while a small minority are enrolled in Islamic studies. Almost nobody is involved in both simultaneously which was the hallmark of scientists in the Islamic Golden Age.

The problem of Muslims is so deep that even the odd Muslim is unaware of it, as well as many unfortunate Islamic historians and scholars who attribute the decline of Islamic society to the (Mongol) Siege of Baghdad in the 13th century. However, immediately after the siege occurred a widespread phenomenon that Muslims do not talk about (because they are mostly unaware): the annihilation of Mu'tazila and full adoption of other philosophical thoughts.

The Mu'tazila were "free thinkers" involved in interpreting and practicing Islam based on logic and rationality. The Golden Age of Islam, from Samarkand to Baghdad to Cordoba, was under the influence of Mu'tazila thought. Why and how they disappeared is a real mystery, but it's no surprise the decline of Islamic society transpired simultaneously. Now, mu'tazila is used an offensive slur.

I'm no expert on Islam but here's what I see:

1. The number of Muslim kids who are high achievers in the US educational system is very low.
2. The number of Muslims who dedicate a large portion of their lives to religious activities is very high, maybe lower than in history, but still very high.
3. There are no technologically-advanced Muslim countries.

So I can only conclude that they are just not invested enough into studying the STEM subjects. If Islam teaches them to do it and they didn't do it, then that's on them as well but I wouldn't say that they need to follow more into their religion because everything else is unimportant and can be discarded compared to the necessity of pursuing STEM education and power through science.

The conclusion is the same; the only way to salvation for the Muslims and to win their eternal fight against Israel is for Muslim parents across the world to ride their kids like Chinese Tiger Moms to be the best in their STEM class, to sacrifice everything for it, then to return home to build a technologically powerful society. I don't see it but I see a lot of useless praying.

The other problem is rampant corruption and covert foreign intervention in Islamic countries. NGO game is strong.

Rampant corruption and falling prey to foreign intervention is what happens after you are weak and unable to defend yourself. It makes you even weaker and even less able, but they are basically parasites that only latch onto the weak in the beginning so pointing out the parasites will never be the root cause.

I do think China should do what it can to make sure Palestinians survive with a reasonable investment. They served well distracting American from riskier confrontation with China. Jewish influence reign supreme in US. As long as Palestinians live, US will NEVER pull attention out of middle east. Every asset wasted in middle east is one less in the Pacific's.

1. What can we do? Nothing but overwhelming force will stop Israel's genocide. From Israel's point of view, this is the final push; it is an oppertunity to make the land theirs and establish a long term peace under Israel, to walk out from the shadows of being a wartorn state. They will risk it all to achieve this purpose. I don't see what we can do other that to rain missiles on Israel and kick off WWIII.

2. Even without the Palestinians, with Iran and the other Muslim freedom fighting groups (which Americans call "terrorists") in the region, America will still be mired and unable to pull out.

Westerners literally “get off” when they think they’ve found the magical excuse for something that doesn’t allow anyone else except themselves to do it. Like I’ve mentioned before, they thought China was limited to 400 nukes because they thought that’s all they can produce. Why do they think that’s the case? Because they want to believe China isn’t capable of being responsible and understand when enough is enough. They think China would build as many nukes as possible but since they only have 400 nukes, it’s only because that’s China’s capable limit. That’s why chicken hawks in the US were laughing at China’s pitiful 400 nukes and therefore why Trump demanded China be a part of strategic reduction talks while out loud call for the US to increase its number of nukes. Now China is adding an unprecedented thousand more nukes over the next decade. What is the US going to do about it? Go to nuclear war…?

The same dumb logic blinds them now over “low” yield nukes. They’re all excited that they think they got something over China and China can’t doing anything about it. How about China churning out “low” yield nukes like it were candy and since the chicken hawks think they’re not considered “nuclear” strikes, China will be able to use them left and right on the US and its allies. Then the chicken hawks will take an uncontrolled dump in their underwear because they didn’t see that coming and cry foul as usual.

And Westerners get offended because the Chinese refer to them as being barbarians… That’s because they are a bunch of barbarians with how they think. “ It’s a genocide when you do it but not when I do it!” “It’s not considered a nuclear strike when I do it but is when you do it.”

Just look at advanced semiconductors. The West is trying to stop China from being self-sufficient so they think just denying whites from China’s process will do the trick. Then China breaks the 7nm barrier of what the West says is considered up there with the most advanced technology that genetically only white people can achieve. Instead of admitting they were wrong, they move the bar and now claim that’s China’s capable limit. And all of this is because the West doesn’t want to let go believing whites are genetically superior despite how it makes them make the wrong decision.

All of the stupid American exceptionalism will eventually start coming to an end, the moment when a credible strike finally reaches the shores of the USA, whether it’s a heavy missile strike or a nuke or a surprise invasion because the USA is in that such denial and in such levels of moral and mental decline that the moment someone touches them for real, they will not react in a unite the nation against a common threat sort of attitude but a run for the hills and scatter like chickens to the local bunker (even their elites will react this way because none of them have ever tasted real war before, like a marine on the ground). Of course not advocating this but simply stating that at the core, the USA has truly lost its spark or its soul and is simply waiting for its demise. I mean look at how everything from infrastructure, society and government is declining in such way never seen before. All of its leaders are either too old or simply too racist and stupid to know what to do and all of its smart members are sidelined and made to bear witness to the chaos without having any ability to change anything
