I am alluding to Gulf Arabs funding other countries F-16s not there F-16s. Gulf Arabs surely can invest in US firms. but there is some thing much more important than Free F-16s/Boeings like muslim countries unable to reform there societies. These Gulf Arabs are very polite not want to point out short comings and history in public.
