Majority of IDF should be conscripts and their salaries are like mocked on the internet as 200-300 colas a month (yep, that's right, their salary when spent in Israel only gets them that many coca colas, and it's like less than half of the rent needed for even cheap apartments in Tel Aviv).

So morale, order etc. and the likes obviously ain't high.

Also reason for why there's so much stealing and illegal selling of IDF stuff (bullets, guns etc.), including to Hamas lol (slightly look it up, and you find lots of articles of this, going back many years, possibly decade+).

So even if Israel seizes Rafah crossing it will still not end the war as Hamas will just end up getting supplied by disgruntled IDF troopers looking to make ends meet.

Not really.

The money they earn gets them quite a lot more (in China) compared to what IDF conscripts can get for their money (in Israel).

Not to mention, Chinese factory workers are also getting a lot more money for themselves (free/very low cost meals, often bunkers or sleeping quarters for free or very low etc.) while IDF conscripts have to pay more out of their pocket lol.

Also, in terms of coca colas, Chinese factory workers are like multiple times than the the ~300 IDF conscripts can get with their salary.

Fair, but a pitiful salary should not be used as an excuse for rape. The IDF is filled with bad people, plain and simple. My point is that most poor people don't rape their colleagues.
