It is, as usual, just projection. Commercial real estate is all but guaranteed to implode in the near future and the resulting crunch will make Evergrande look like a joke in comparison. Why do you think all the major companies are forcing employees to return to office?

A lot of people very often criticise China's non-interference policy as being naive, stupid childish etc.

Now see what is happening today, the hegemon is currently seriously overstretched with new crises popping up like mushrooms every month or so. It needs to allocate resources to deal with them while in the same time they have to contend with China lol

China is basically winning by doing nothing except still existing and giving courage for groups to resist America. Winning by doing practically nothing, Sun Tzu would be proud

America has to bear the cost of a global empire China does not. America these days spens about a 100 billion dollars supporting Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan in their conflicts. China not a single dime. China only spends money on its own military.
