If you have faith in TEPCO's contaminated water treatment, then yeah I feel this is way too quick for the after effects to show up. But given TEPCO's track record, their attempts at covering up leakage into ground water and how all data will be submitted and analysed through them first (no 3rd parties)... I'm leaning towards no.
