I don't know where to put this, so here it is. Recently, there is this picture floating on BBS claiming that this is a Chinese F-22 Replica made with cardboard. It looks a bit too real, anyone care to comment?

Strange thread to post this, but har, I wonder how long before the likes of fisher or mennick cry about how the Chinese have copied the f-22.

Im no F-22 expert but I expect civilians to be off limits to be anywhere near or even touching F-22, not to mentioning taking pictures of it a close range. And pretty sure F-22 hangars arent like that. F-22 hangers are different

You could take pictures..But get as close as that kid? Probably not.

The radar dome has the same kind of stripes like those of the J-10 or J-11B. Why would the modeller pay attention to such mundane details if his intention is to make a model of the F-22. :confused:

Otherwise, from the look of it, it's probably a life-size model.

The guys that did the F-16 replica model appeared to have gone through the trouble of replicating even the warning signs all over the aircraft. Mundane details won't escape the modeller especially if its a labor of love.
