The other thing I wanted to comment is that, a genuine CG can also be flipped around for a number of reason, e.g. to align the images in the same direction just for aesthetic reason. So the fact that an image is flipped in what is clearly an illustration (not a genuine camera shot of a scene) doesn't necessary mean it's not genuine.
that depens on how you define genuine. Genuine, to me, means a representation of the real thing. A CG may or may not represent the real thing, unlike a photo taken of the real thing. And there is no way that we can say the CG actually represent the real thing.
Also, the original question was about whether that CG was a real photo or not. And my answer was that it is a fake. Fake in the sense that it is not a photo of real Z-20, not necessarily wrong depiction of the real Z-20. But likely to be wrong as whoever flipped it apparently does not have the knowledge of the true configuration of Z-20.
One more observation I forgot to mention is the cover of the exhaust with slits. The cover seems to be copy/pasted from air intakes of other helicopter. You can find something similar from Super Stallion.
