All the newer PLAN frigates and destroyers has tall hangers to accommodate the very tall Ka-27, and the blackhawk's design is characteristic for its low profile, I don't think the conditions match?

Anyway, just Googled a bit and found that, unlike the J-20 same time 2 years ago, this generated next to no buzz in the Western media, none of the major media outlets - even those of aviation / military specific - carried this news.

That's to be expected, this is just a medium lift helicopter that doesn't appear to have anything cutting edge.
