I know of AH-1Z Viper which will be available in a few years, but besides that, I can't name any firm options.
This could be another option:
I couldn't compare this to Z-19, since details of Z-19 are as yet not available on wikipedia.

True...HAL might be able to make an impact on the world market with LCH.
I can't imagine China selling Z-19's for the export market when the PLA desperately needs larger numbers of helicopters in their ranks (attack helicopters included). So whats the consensus on Z-19? Is it an active (and hence existing) program? I guess one of the driving forces could be to have something available for the export market. Not everyone may be able to afford to some of today's attack helicopters owing to their higher costs, such as AH-64D, Tiger and T-129. There is a deficit of lighter weight options that would directly succeed the AH-1F/S series. I know of AH-1Z Viper which will be available in a few years, but besides that, I can't name any firm options. Although South Africa's ATE did begin work on its "New Attack Helicopter" program in late 2008, which I believe is in league of AH-1Z in terms of size.
I'm still not convinced that Z-19 is a real project. Even if it is, it's just a really upgraded version of Z-9. That's nothing amazing that they can't export.I can't imagine China selling Z-19's for the export market when the PLA desperately needs larger numbers of helicopters in their ranks (attack helicopters included).
The Z-19 will probably complement the Z-10, like the AH-1 with the AH-64. From the mockup it doesn't look half bad either; I'm surprised they managed to create a dedicated attack variant of the Z-9 so fast.
Did any one - besides Hellriser at CDF ! - notice the design changes ??
Looks like a redesigned tail + tail-rotor ... also the rotor-blades seem deeper and the gear !??

A helicopter crashed in Harbin, the capital of northeastern Heilongjiang province, on Saturday, causing two injuries and no fatalities, Beijing News reported on Sunday.
It is understood that the helicopter crashed near a village in Pingfang Township on the outskirts of Harbin near the test-flight of the Hafei group at about 11 a.m. It is a new aircraft and crashed when conducting its first test flight. Rescue teams rushed to the scene after the crash and the scene was blocked off by the police.
"Compared to fixed-wing aircrafts, survival chances in helicopters are much greater when crashing," said Mr. Wang, who is a technician and has worked in the helicopter manufacturing industry nearly 20 years.
As long as there is no major damage to the rotor blade, which powers the lift, the helicopter will descend in a tolerable speed, Wang said. And if it has power, the speed of the descent will slow, so people will not be wounded, he said.
The cause of the crash is currently still under investigation.
