Unlikely because control panels seen on other Chinese cockpits are labelled in Chinese, so it should be a standardised thing across the fleet, ie. the Pakistani-operated units either heavily modified Chinese samples (the "on-loan" theory) to carry all-English labelling to facilitate operation and maintenance, or they outright bought a small sample, which take a few off the production line batch, did the necessary modifications for Pakistani operators (English labelling and interface, for example) plus some other client-requested thing...
This is a very interesting photo because it looks like the guy in the front is looking into the camera and the guy in the back is looking ahead. Meanwhile the optronic ball turret and gun are slewed towards the camera.... which means the gunner is now in the front???
That also caught my eye in regarding the that the guy, camera and gun are looking in the same direction. I am not sure about the Z-10 specs, but maybe they have the similar targeting system as the Apache helicopter.

Haven't seen a close up of the Chinese WZ-10 cockpit, but based on other examples it appears that all domestically produced Chinese military aircraft (including helicopters) has a Chinese interface. On the other hand their civil aviation products (e.g. MA600) has English interface even when sold to Chinese operators.

Traditionally, the gunner is seated on the front in attack helicopters like the Apache. But the whole set gunner/pilot roles and positions in attack helicopters are actually a dated idea.
The latest standard is to have identical cockpits, with both crew trained to be both gunner and pilot, so they could interchange roles at will during missions.
The Z10 uses a new gen HMD system, but the front seater doesn't appear to be wearing it (it's a little overly bulky and heavy in my view), that indicates the gun and primary sights are cued using head tracking sensors more commonly used in fighters.

Generally even for the Apache you can fly the mission from either seat. Modern Avionics just make it a lot easier. The Gunner and Pilot though are likley to still keep the traditional seats though as the Lower seat for the gunner gives a better view of ground targets.
Head Tracking is standard for any turret equipped attack chopper since the 80's
