All six pilots wear short sleeves. And the front two choppers have open windows. These two WZ-10s carry two fuel tanks and four missiles. But the far one carrying rockets and fuel tanks have close window. In humid and hot weather, maybe air-conditioning tax engines too much. Hence the pilots open window, wear shot sleeves, and shut down air-conditioners for reserving engine powers.

I don't think so. IMO even if very similar to the other few recent images relaesed it is safe to say it's real. IMO it's too difficult to ps the background esp. between the rotating rotors.

As such I think they are all most likely from the same series of images taken during a flight close to the coast ...

If post-processing in Photoshop such as contrast and saturation enhancement is what you mean by "photoshopped", then maybe you are right. But I don't define "photoshopped" as such. To me "photoshopped" means "manipulating to fake". Remember, in the old Days, dark room operation is routine work for film paper. If one include enhancement as photoshopped then all photos are photoshopped till today regardless of paper or digital.

I meant manipulating to fake, but I realize a lot of digital photography looks "unnatural" from the get go without any additional human manipulation.

I understand why you are skeptical with some of the chinese military pics, but Z-10 no longer new or exotic enough to photoshop fake photos now a days. You have to remember most of the time people create photoshop pics of some new chinese military equipments was due to censorships and lack of informations. Now there are tons of high quality pics of Z-10 out there nobody will waste time to fake it. It's like J-10 was one of the most popular photoshoped jets in the world before real photos was release. Now you don't see anyone do it even for J-10B now.

We should be scrutinize more carefully of the newest pics of J-20, Divine eagle, new carrier, 055, and JH-XX. Usually the rule of the thumb is the less informations and pics of a popular object, the more likely someone will photoshop a fake one to get attention and clicks in the military forum. It's just part of the fun in chinese military forums. They were not even meant to fool PLA watchers. It's kind of hilarious that some people out there actually think the chinese government are responsible for these fake photos as misinformation war. :D
