First these are not AK74's they look to be Vityaz-SN. a 9x19mm Nato spec SMG Note Magpul series stocks very modern Rail systems. form a Russian maker called Zenit they also make the foregrip and light. I am not sure about the aggressive muzzle break but those are more and more common. good for breaching and against personal.
much older looking gear here Makarov pistols and OTs-02 Kiparis SMG both are oolder 9x18PMM ammo.

The gunsight is the Meopta ZD-Dot.
looks like a laser devices DBAL-A series illuminator/pointer.
backup irons with the rear mounted really forward probubly a habit kept form the previous Czech Service rifle the vz. 58 a system that shared it's rear sight location with thee Ak series.
The Grenade launcher is part of the same CZ 805 series called the CZ805GL. Also in that series is the Scorpion EVO3 and nes handguns the Cz P09 and P07
CZ has yet to offer a new DMR rifle, they had hoped to use the CZ805 for such but battles in Afganistan and Iraq have proven that although a proven round the 5.56mm round lacks the reach to really act as a DMR. a number of NATO states have adopted AR10 variants to fill the DMR class.

We need to know the whole story but here is what I can tell you the Weapon is a Micro Tavor and the optic is a meprolight M21.
Note how close the Mullet man is. he's way to close. in fact the soldier is trying to push him away. you can see one arm is out to get some space.
Where Does long hair dude come form? and what is he doing? because what ever he is doing he is the one who gets the muzzle pointed at him.
No one dies at least not in these photos but long hair and Mullet seem to be working together and were intent on causing problems.
