You can see It's a Mitch Style unit with the NVG clamp in place. The AK magazine and weapon is wearing matching camo. The laser sight is a DBAL-A2 Aka ANPEQ15A the fore grip is part of the Surefire 700 series and you can see some Tango down rail covers. I don't see Any sight but he could have a small one like a Aimpoint Micro T or Mini dot mounted.
