the marines there are Wearing F.R.O.G. (Flame Resistant Organizational Gear ) shirts and possibly trousers too ( its hard to tell it they have the Calf pockets or not in such a picture )
Frog is the Marine corps Response to the Army's Combat shirt once again fire proofed materials and camouflaged sleeves attached to a one color torso with a mock neck turtle neck although this one is zippered. the British also have such a uniform option and I would not be surprised to see more and more coming to a army near you.
