I am posting this one here because it's cool. and Although the events took place n the 1980s the story was posted recently. This is about the USAF Thunderbirds. When they Come into town the announcers state that in a few days the F16's can be turned into warbirds. And this is proof.

As I said, when posting this same photo on the the specific F-22 thread we have some time ao...no other nation in the world either even has, or can produce a formation of this many (ten) operational 5th generation fighters. And they are years and years away from doing so.

In the mean time, the US can now do the same with its second 5th gen fighter, the F-35.
