Pretty odd they would all start crashing all of the sudden? Has the Apache had problems like this in the past? Maybe some sort of update to the hardware/software was done to the helicopter and is causing an issue?

At 15% commonality what is the point anymore. Just design their own?
Damn going from over 80% commonality to 15%... Are they supposed to replace Freedom and Independence classes ? Same administrators?
That's just typical US procurement. It figures that they would have wanted to change everything and delay the program another half a decade or full decade even.
And don't expect the US changes to be all for the better. That ridiculously obsolete Christmas tree mast they want to put on the ship being a fairly good example of this.

Wouldn't most of the changes have to do with the fact that the ship as it existed would be using equipment not common to the US Navy?
