They look like the venerable HJ-73s to me.
Most likely, but there's no obvious aiming hardware so it most likely is a load carrier.
Has the use of exoskeletons been popularized and widespread across the PLA? Or at least, the logistics sector?Supply UGVs. Note the use of exoskeletons.
