Somehow the vehicle reminds me of interwar (WW1-WW2) light tanks, but without occupants and with modern design language. Maybe it's the suspension bogie?

MUMT at basic initial level.

My assessment- It is 179th Light Brigade /71st Group Army since the article says Linfen Brigade.

As it is, Chinese netizens have been talking about a Lt CAB moving towards automation/ Intelligentisation

So, it's an important development. The weaker but more mobile CAB gets multi-domain drones & robots so that the dirty and difficult tasks are performed by the robots.
